Welcome to Kathy King Strategies, LLC! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services: Our virtual and in-person coaching business provides coaching services through online platforms such as video conferencing, email, and messaging, along with in-person sessions, workshops, classes and events. We aim to provide personalized coaching to help you achieve your goals.

2. Payment: Payment for our coaching services is required before scheduling a session, unless other arrangements are made in writing between Kathy King Strategies, LLC and the client. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, check and cash. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Scheduling: Scheduling for coaching sessions can be done through our online booking system. We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a forfeiture of the coaching session.

4. Confidentiality: We value your privacy and will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential. However, we reserve the right to disclose information if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to protect our business or others from harm.

5. Disclaimer: Our coaching business is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of using our services. The client is solely responsible for implementing their own actions and Kathy King Strategies, LLC does not guarantee any specific result or outcome. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and we recommend seeking appropriate care if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property: All content provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to, documents, videos, and audio recordings, are the property of Kath King Strategies, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our prior written consent.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our coaching services at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, any remaining coaching sessions will be refunded.
