My Empowered Entrepreneurs Coaching Program is designed for female entrepreneurs (or future entrepreneurs) who are craving the community and support needed to actually make their business ideas a reality! This program is for you if... You are really great at “what you do”, but need some support in getting your business off the ground or moving in the right direction There is a pull in your heart to bring your great ideas to life Making a positive impact in the world is important to you You are committed to showing up and doing the work You probably need someone to hold you accountable You have a vision for the business you want to build, but not sure where to start You find yourself having bursts of high vibration energy and momentum, but that comes and goes as you run into roadblocks because you haven’t quite found your community of like-minded female entrepreneurs yet

Empowered Entrepreneurs Coaching Program is an $800 investment. Scroll back up to learn more about everything that is included and what you can expect to see as a return on your investment.

The EECP will meet live once per week for a two-hour coaching session for six consecutive weeks (per the dates of the program). The next cohort will happen in Spring 2024 (dates TBA). Weekly meetings will take place on Wednesday's at 10am-12pm Eastern Time, located at Brighton Light House in Brighton, MI USA or virtually via Zoom Video Conferencing. Beyond our live sessions together, participants will also receive activities to complete between sessions on their own time that coincide with the topics we are exploring each week. All participants will get a 30-minute on-boarding meeting to meet with Kathy to discuss your goals and expectations for your time in the EECP. Upon completion of the program, participants will also receive a 30-minute debrief meeting to discuss how you can take everything you've learned and put it into action for continue growth in your business. These on-boarding and debrief meetings will be scheduled by the participants to best fit your own schedule.

I am proud to partner with the Brighton Light House to host my Empowered Entrepreneurs Coaching Program! They handle all registration and payments for the EECP. Registration links will be shared here when they are made available. You will be prompted to submit your contact information, plus answer some questions to help me get to know you a bit more. We will start with a quick check-in of how things are going for you and your business. You will reflect on recent accomplishments, current challenges and we will establish an overall goal for that coaching session. From there, we will dig in and get to work! Typically, coaching sessions focus on one of these 3 areas: Foundations of Success For early-stage female entrepreneurs, this area focuses on building a strong foundation for future success. We will clarify the mission, vision and values of your new company, define your target audience, create financial goals and an overall roadmap to help get your business up and running. Systems & Strategy For new or established female entrepreneurs, this area will focus on creating efficient systems and developing a strategic plan for growth. This is the nuts-and-bolts of running your business… website design, marketing copy, social media, booking systems, branding, product pricing, etc. You get to choose where you need the most support, and we will work together to fine tune these areas of your business! Getting UnStuck! Let’s be real, sometimes even the most ambitious, creative and successful people become stuck in a rut and need some help climbing out the other side. This area will focus on getting to the root of what’s holding you back and creating a plan of action for moving forward. You will find more clarity and become more solution-focused, rather than continuing to be held back by your challenges and fears. But, ultimately, your coaching session can focus on anything you need! As your coach, it is my job to help you navigate the often overwhelming amount of information and provide you the level of accountability that you need to continue growing.

This is a service I love offering! If this is part of your package, you can send me links to your website, social media pages, sales pages, Google docs, Canva designs, or anywhere else you'd like me to evaluate, and I will give you a detailed audit of what is working, what isn't working, where you can make adjustments to optimize the viewer experience. I will provide this feedback either via a recorded video or in-person, depending on your preference and location.

As your coach, it is my job to help guide you in the right direction, ask you the right (and sometimes challenging) questions, and provide some accountability. It is not my job to do the work for you. At the end of each coaching session, you will leave with a clear action plan for your next steps. I will email you a link to our shared coaching notes page, housed in Google Docs, and you can use this page to reflect, ask me further questions, and keep track of your progress. The most successful clients take the information discussed in our coaching sessions and begin applying it to their business practices immediately. Taking action is the fastest way to succeed!
