1:1 Coaching Services

We will start with a quick check-in of how things are going for you and your business. You will reflect on recent accomplishments, current challenges and we will establish an overall goal for that coaching session. From there, we will dig in and get to work! Typically, coaching sessions focus on one of these 3 areas: • Foundations of Success • For early-stage female entrepreneurs, this area focuses on building a strong foundation for future success. We will clarify the mission, vision and values of your new company, define your target audience, create financial goals and an overall roadmap to help get your business up and running. • Systems & Strategy • For new or established female entrepreneurs, this area will focus on creating efficient systems and developing a strategic plan for growth. This is the nuts-and-bolts of running your business… website design, marketing copy, social media, booking systems, branding, product pricing, etc. You get to choose where you need the most support, and we will work together to fine tune these areas of your business! • Getting UnStuck! • Let’s be real, sometimes even the most ambitious, creative and successful people become stuck in a rut and need some help climbing out the other side. This area will focus on getting to the root of what’s holding you back and creating a plan of action for moving forward. You will find more clarity and become more solution-focused, rather than continuing to be held back by your challenges and fears. But, ultimately, your coaching session can focus on anything you need! As your coach, it is my job to help you navigate the often overwhelming amount of information and provide you the level of accountability that you need to continue growing.

This is a service I love offering! If this is part of your package, you can send me links to your website, social media pages, sales pages, Google docs, Canva designs, or anywhere else you'd like me to evaluate, and I will give you a detailed audit of what is working, what isn't working, where you can make adjustments to optimize the viewer experience. I will provide this feedback either via a recorded video or in-person, depending on your preference and location.

As your coach, it is my job to help guide you in the right direction, ask you the right (and sometimes challenging) questions, and provide some accountability. It is not my job to do the work for you. At the end of each coaching session, you will leave with a clear action plan for your next steps. I will email you a link to our shared coaching notes page, housed in Google Docs, and you can use this page to reflect, ask me further questions, and keep track of your progress. The most successful clients take the information discussed in our coaching sessions and begin applying it to their business practices immediately. Taking action is the fastest way to succeed!
