How to have a successful coaching experience:
Before our coaching session, whether you are a new or returning client, be sure to zone in on one main area of focus and compile a list of questions you might want to ask. This helps us to stay on track and make the most of our time together.

During our session, I strive to provide a safe, comfortable space for you to feel open and able to share your hopes, your dreams and all of your struggles. This is not a time to vent about your problems, but rather to develop a solution-focused mindset to tackle even the biggest issues in your business or career. I'm here to support the greatness that is already inside of you!

If we're meeting virtually, I encourage you to turn off notifications and close any distracting tabs on your computer screen.

If we're meeting in person, plan to arrive a few minutes early to get parked and settled. There is always coffee, tea or water available!

After our session, you will receive an email with a link to our shared coaching notes. This is where I keep track of the things we discuss, and a list of action steps to keep you moving in the right direction.
